On a day to day basis, Don Mac supervises and coordinates the daily operation for Evans’ largest customer, Fanuc Robotics. The ever-changing dynamics of customers like Fanuc means every day is different, and Mac works closely alongside a multi-member team to ensure those changing needs are always met.
Mac enjoys the daily changes and challenges—requiring him to constantly be on his toes. The ability to be proactive and reactive, simultaneously, is a must in his position. In working with his team members, all strive for the same goal: to meet, and exceed customer expectations.
Mac loves working for Evans because of the family atmosphere, something that has been maintained, even with the company’s growth over the years. Having worked at Evans for 9 years, Mac has worked under 2 presidents, 15 Operations Managers, 6 department heads, and side-by-side with 17 different CSRs. In his time at Evans, Mac has worked in 6 different warehouses, and 5 departments.
