Nathaly Dealba is this month’s recipient for the WISE Award. She is a pleasure to work with, and we are glad to have her as part of the Evans family. Nathaly sat down with Katie Albring for a brief interview:

Tell us a bit about yourself.
I am a super shy person that’s into photography, and I’m a foodie!
Describe your job here at Evans Distribution Systems.
Currently, I work in Value Added entering labor hours for Melvindale operations, Customer P&L, and Billing. During Girl Scout season, I assist as a Customer Service Rep. When needed, I also assist on the Diageo or Bottle Crew production lines.
What do you like most about your job?
Having the opportunity to learn new things every day, working with my co-workers, and most importantly, it has given me a voice. Being shy, I had a hard time having conversations with others. But, since working here, I have found it easier to have discussions with others.
What do you like most about working for Evans Distribution Systems?
My co-workers and the Evans environment.
