I started my career at Evans Distribution after graduating from Wayne State University in 2019 with a focus on global supply chain management. I’ve been fortunate enough to apply what I learned in school to the Transportation Department and became Operations Leader within my first year at Evans. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs and hanging out with my family and friends.
Describe your job here at Evans Distribution.
As the Operations Leader, I manage a lot of the day-to-day issues such as planning and coordinating weekly driver schedules, and communicating with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service that we provide.
What do you like most about your job?
I love that every day is challenging and a new experience. Some days can be very overwhelming but once the day is over and my team and I manage to get everything done, the feeling is always rewarding.
What do you like most about working for Evans Distribution?
Evans has given me the opportunity to grow and mold me into a leader of an amazing team! I could not be more grateful for that.
