Driver Appreciation: Ahmet and Arjen Bica

This month, Evans recognizes two brothers that are owner-operators for Alden Logistics. Ahmet Bica became a driver three years ago, and Arjan Bica followed shortly thereafter. They were both taking different paths before their driving careers began.

The brothers immigrated to the U.S. from Albania in 2017. When they first arrived Arjan worked at a Coney Island restaurant and Ahmet worked in construction. Eventually, they went to driving school to obtain their CDL-A licensing. Ahmet encouraged Arjan to drive for Alden because it presented an opportunity to be a business owner. After seeing Ahmet and Arjan’s success, a third brother, Ali Bica, is also taking steps to become a driver. We are truly grateful to have the Bica brothers on our team!
