Describe your position at Evans.
I am responsible for keeping the Mt. Elliott facility clean. In a typical day, I sweep the floors, clean the bathrooms, and help with customer accounts when needed. I also clean the break room, so we have a nice place to eat.
What has your work experience been like at Evans?
My experience at Evans has been great. I love working here, it’s like a second family. I know what I should be doing every day, and everyone is nice and supportive.
Where would we find you outside of work?
You will find me at my home in Detroit. I’m usually working in the yard, cleaning my house, or paying my bills. I like to keep busy, whether I’m at home or at work. I enjoy spending time with my four grown children and my dog as well.

What are your hobbies or what is something unusual that we might find in your home?
I don’t have time for hobbies because I work seven days a week at two jobs. My previous employer gave me an award that I keep in my home. I plan to put my W.I.S.E Owl on the entertainment shelf in my living room. This award means so much to me! I will never forget receiving this award.
What’s your favorite meal?
My favorite meal is baked chicken, cabbage, cornbread, potato salad, and macaroni and cheese. I make macaroni and cheese with sharp and mild cheddar and mozzarella cheese. It’s delicious!
