Describe your position at Evans.
I am a Customer Service Representative that works exclusively with the Webasto account at the Romulus facility. As one of the largest accounts, I am their eyes and ears on the ground. In a typical day, I answer emails, process special requests, check on shipments, schedule shuttle deliveries and more. I pride myself in providing the best service possible.
What do you like most about your job?
My favorite part of my job is interacting with my co-workers. There’s always a lot of laughter. We also get things done; everyone is hands-on when we need to be. I like the fact that I don’t sit behind a computer all day and there are opportunities to develop different skillsets.
Where would we find you if not working or with your family?
Playing basketball! It’s my favorite sport! I’m trying to teach my 2-year-old daughter how to score baskets. I played football and basketball in high school and sports has always been a big part of my life. I went to the NFL Draft a couple weeks ago and it was amazing to experience that event as a die-hard Lions fan. I think they have a good chance to win the Superbowl next year.
What’s the last movie or show that you attended?
Sports games for sure. My significant other and I like to stream reality TV such as Jersey Shore Vacation or Basketball Wives. I’m also a big fan of Marvel movies, like The Hulk.
What’s your favorite restaurant and what do you order?
When I was younger, my parents always took me to Pizza Hut for my birthday. I loved the flavored crusts, especially the twisted crust. But these days I like to go to Benihana for special occasions. But there’s not much I don’t like, I eat everything!
