A team of 9 Evans’ members – Sauvette Sumler, Leslie Delekta, Sean Kirkwood, Morgan Zenner, Katie Schmidt, Scott McIntee, Johnny O’Grady, Harold Lawson, and Jacob McIntee – participated in a dodgeball tournament to support the Boy Scouts of America. The tournament took place last week, on August 1st, at Cadillac Square Park in Detroit. The team absolutely killed the first round – winning EVERY game for all 3 teams they played against! This blowout landed them in the playoffs.
Yolanda Blue showed up to cheer the team on and got the team pumped up and ready to win!
Although the team didn’t make it to the second round of playoffs, the team worked really well together and they all had so much fun.
It was a perfect night for helping the Scouts and playing dodgeball!
